The Morton Center is a nonprofit counseling center in Louisville, Kentucky, dedicated to transforming lives through integrated substance use and mental health services. Since 1984, we have provided compassionate, evidence-based care that restores individuals, strengthens families, and builds healthier communities.

Our licensed clinicians deliver a full continuum of outpatient services, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and family counseling. We specialize in addressing the intersection of substance use and mental health, meeting clients where they are and tailoring care to support lasting recovery.
