TASC’s mission is to empower people and strengthen communities by offering compassionate, evidence-based, and accountable interventions that heal rather than harm . Its signature Specialized Case Management™ integrates treatment, recovery, and accountability, while also addressing social drivers of health such as poverty, trauma, education, and access to care.

The organization acts as a bridge builder between individuals, families, law enforcement, courts, healthcare providers, and policymakers, aiming to:

With offices and partner sites in more than a dozen Illinois communities (including Cook, Winnebago, Peoria, Sangamon, St. Clair, Williamson, Madison, and Will counties), TASC tailors services to local needs.
