Smiling Circle Yoga & Massage Therapy Studio serves Cary and surrounding communities with Yoga classes and Massage Therapy/Bodywork sessions.  Yeong Chang is the owner and director of SCY.  She has 16 years of experience in Yoga instruction and 13 years in Massage Therapy/Bodywork practice.  Yeong provides fun and safe space where people can learn to help themselves to feel better thru education of how human body works, and self care techniques that helps the body feel good and stay healthy.  Smiling Circle is committed in helping people feel their BEST with Smiles!!
