Senior Medicare Patrol

Texas Senior Medicare Patrol we are tasked with assisting seniors in protecting themselves from fraud. We do this through educational presentations and distributing information that teaches them and their loved ones how to Prevent, Detect, and Report Medicare fraud. We also have a hotline that you can call if you suspect fraud has happened. When you call the hotline, we can build your fraud case for you and then send it to the appropriate investigators, be it the Attorney General, Medicare, Law Enforcement, etc. We are a “one-stop-shop” for handling Medicare fraud.

We also provide information on current scams affecting the elderly and disabled in our communities.
