Second Chance Organization Community Outreach Service Inc, is committed to building a brighter future for underserved families and communities. We envision robust and vibrant communities that offer the opportunity for financial stability and economic achievement for everyone. We provide court mandated community service hours, student community hours and host health initiative community walks. SCOCOS, also with the help of the Hatten family created an endowment scholarship at Anderson University in the memory of Porsha Renee Hatten. With your help we are looking to evolve to provide more services and opportunities to the community.

We are the Second Chance Organization Community Outreach Service,Inc. a 501(C)3 Publice Charity. Our awesome board member has organized and serve your community by bring health awarrness programs annally to the Upstate for Five years from Anderson. SC to Greenville, SC. We will be coordinating 2020 communities based fundraisers such as the American Diabetes Association initiative Community Walk To Stop Diabetes to fund research and Prevention local programs. We also sponsor a $10,000.00 Endowment scholarship for all Anderson County Residents through Anderson University in the name of Porsha R. Hatten.
