Dr. Sean (as his patient’s often call him in the office) has been helping people of all ages, infants to seniors, for over 23 years now. He meets people where they are, listens carefully to their individual concerns and goals, and performs an in-depth assessment that determines their current health status and what it will take to get them where they want to be. Dr. Sean often states, “Your health is a genetic expression of your lifestyle choices, based on how you eat, think, and move.” In other words, your health is in your own hands, and shouldn’t be blamed on “bad genes or bad luck.” Taking responsibility for some simple lifestyle improvements like eating whole fresh foods, keeping your thoughts positive and self-affirming, and exercising regularly are steps on the road to a healthier life.
Dr. Sean recognizes that this is often easier said than done. Most people have good intentions and really want to be healthier, but they just don’t know how to go about it, which is understandable because there is so much misinformation out there that keeps people running in circles and getting nowhere fast. So, he gives simple everyday action steps to help his patients achieve better overall health, potentially alleviating the need for prescription medications and invasive surgeries.
Sea Coast Chiropractic and Wellness offers chiropractic care, therapeutic and fitness exercise training, whole-food based nutritional supplements, massage therapy, acupuncture, and informative lectures and workshops that teach strategies for healthy living. Essentially, how to move well, eat well, and think well – to BE well.
One of his patients is a World War II veteran in his mid-90’s. He has been seeing Dr. Sean regularly for 15 years now. When a younger patient asked him for a clue to his longevity, he said “I come here.” It’s that simple. Dr. Sean has helped thousands of chiropractic patients in Wilmington.
