Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it. We are a volunteer-based nonprofit organization, which is eager to promote meditation in its real sense and help the communities across Indianapolis and the surrounding area. Our local volunteers are available to present this meditation at different health and wellness fairs.
