Sagebrook Behavioral Health

Sagebrook Behavioral Health is a physician-led outpatient psychiatric practice based in Lexington, Kentucky, providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD evaluation and treatment, and ongoing care for a broad range of mental health conditions. Care is available in person in Lexington and through telehealth for patients throughout Kentucky.
