We provide a comprehensive mind-body approach to general wellness that propels individuals toward a healthy, thriving life. Through traditional psychotherapy, neurofeedback, light therapy, and whole-body condition programs, we help individuals achieve wellness throughout their daily life.

Our approach is holistic and design to inform community members on prevention, treatment and other related health programs such as; Practical tips for getting it DONE: Diabetes, Obesity, Nutrition and Exercise.

We build relationships with clients and families that enable them to customize plans to meet their unique needs. 

Rose’s Botanica is established by Healthcare Professionals dedicated to making a positive impact by addressing barriers to initiatives that increase access to health education and resources. We provide culturally appropriate health and wellness workshops.
