Retreat Acupuncture and Wellness Center is a traditional Chinese medicine based multidisciplinary wellness clinic located in the Lower Pacific Heights Neighborhood of San Francisco where we have been in operation for over ten years serving our community. We pride ourselves in our honest patient centered approach to healthcare and wellness.

Our team of dedicated practitioners offer traditional Chinese medicine: acupuncture, Chinese herbs, guasha, tuina, and cupping and other wellness services such as dietary supplements, nutritional counseling and a variety of bodywork techniques that include abdominal massage, acupressure, deep tissue, fascia release, and reiki.

While our approach is to focus on the individual to address their specific needs, we also specialize in pain management, fertility, stress, women’s health, and orthopedics.

Retreat Acupuncture and Wellness Center is situated in the Healing Arts Building, an historic building, at the intersection of Bush and Octavia just a couple blocks away from both Japan Town and Fillmore Street.
