  • Passport for Points health and safety Incentive Program:
    • Passport for Points is a voluntary Pueblo County Program designed to motivate employees to practice healthy and safe lifestyles. Participation in this program is open to all Pueblo County Employees. How many points you earn within the year depends on how much money you will receive on an Amazon Gift Card. The more points you earn, the more money you will receive on your gift card. Passport for Points runs from December 1 through November 30 every year.
    • All points must be verified and can be earned by completing one or more of the following:
      • Annual Preventative health care visits (annual physical, teeth clean, vision checked, mammogram, or colonoscopy)
      • Cholesterol screen
      • Fasting blood glucose screen
      • Participation and completing in a tobacco cessation program
      • Participation and completing in a weight loss program
      • Tracking visits at a Gym (each visit counts as one (1) point)
      • Working with a Certified Personal Trainer
      • Participation in the Annual YMCA Corporate Cup
      • Attending Lunch ‘n Learns
      • Completing the Tanita Body Mass/Body Fat Analyzer Assessment
      • Participation in County-sponsored activities, including but not limited to:
        • Maintain Don’t Gain
        • Commit to be Fit
        • Walking Club
        • Health Fair
        • Safety Fair
