Pro Lifestyle Nutriton, LLC is a nutriiton counsulting pracitce made up of a team of Registered Dietitans.  We offer personal and corporate nutrition services including one-on-one nutrition counseling, health/benefit fair participation, nutrition/wellness presentations, and body composition testing.  Our office locations include North Wales, Warminster, Bala Cynwyd, and Center City.  We also offer on-site nutrition counseling programs which involve working with employers to provide employees with the oppurtunity to meet with a dietitian at the work-site.  This cost and time effective program makes addressing employee health and wellness convenient.  There is NO COST to this serivce if the employee/employer has a health plan that covers nutrition counseling.

– Keystone Health Plan East

– Aetna

– Some Highmark and Cigna plans

The dietitians at Pro Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC have a passion for helping people improve their health and reach their weight goals. When working towards a weight or health goal it is important to develop individual strategies that involve delicious, quick meals, flexible eating, realistic lifestyle changes/tweaks, and a “progress, not perfection” mindset. Besides providing personalized guidnace and recommendations we offer on-going support and accountability which are all key ingredients to forming and working on healthy habits.
