MMA Centurion is the CEM 401(k) Plan investment consultant. We are available in the CHAT to answer any questions about the CEM Salary Reduction Profit Sharing Plan or retirement planning in general.

You are eligible to participate in the CEM Salary Reduction Profit Sharing Plan at the beginning of the month following the completion of 1,000 hours of continuous service. Employees may contribute up to 50% of their wages on a pre-tax basis. CEM matches up to 3.5% on a 6% contribution. There is no match on contributions above 6%. The company may make an annual profit sharing contribution based on the company’s profits determined after the fiscal year-end close. In addition, CEM also offers a Roth 401(k).
