Prime is a new-concept gym that offers a more sustainable fitness and wellness approach to healthy aging. Prime is based on the integrative health model of supporting the overall wellbeing of a person; mind, body and emotional balance. We are a full-service gym that caters to people over age 40, or who are dealing with chronic health conditions. 

Prime also offers health coaching and workplace wellness programs through our PrimeWorks group. Our team of health coaches, nutritionists and physical fitness experts provide a variety of programs that can be customized. We work with your employees to empower them to become more self-aware of their total wellbeing. Our programs are interactive, engaging and fun. Our team promotes an environment that is comfortable and non-judgmental. Some of the services we offer include an 8-week on-site wellness program, lunch and learns, workshops and coaching.
