Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living

Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living offers a small, home-like setting with all assistance included in one monthly rate – no added fees for increased care levels.  We are locally owned and operated with a 15 room community in Lexington, and 19 room community in Frankfort.  We provide three meals per day, person-centered social activities, daily and weekly room cleaning, laundry, all utilities, cable and wifi included. We provide residents with assistance with self-administration of medication for taking their prescriptions. Our loving and caring staff are devoted to the residents and assist them as needed with bathing, dressing, grooming and more.  We are a secure community and provide emergency pendants for our residents in addition to intercoms in their rooms.
