Plano Bicycle Association

The Plano Bicycle Association was founded in 1982 by the City of Plano Park and Rec Department to provide the opportunity for its citizens to participate in group rides on the roads surrounding Plano. It has grown tremendously since that time and now has over 700 members offering 24 different weekly rides for beginners to seasoned veterans. Our mission is to foster a safe and fun group riding experience for our members, and to promote cycling education and bicycle advocacy in North Texas. In addition to our weekly rides, we offer cycling clinics, social gatherings, holiday picnics and rides and we give back to our community by donating bicycle to needy children.
