*What is Free Unlimited Group Fitness Training?

WE OFFER FREE UNLIMITED FITNESS TRAINING with our certified fitness instructor.  If you have never worked out before, we recommend, our Design Your Own Program first, which is in a small group setting of no more than 5 people. During this class, the trainer will develop an individual workout for you, including what machines to use, how often/ which days of the week, as well as how much cardio is recommended for you.  We also offer other classes daily which focus on different exercises for specific body parts. There are over 1000 free appointments for classes per month available. Most of these classes are first come, first serve but we also offer call ahead seating for same day classes to ensure you get a spot. Remember it is always free and always unlimited to help keep your workouts exciting.
