Outside of the Box Therapy center assists people with looking at their lives through a process of self-exploration in traditional and non-traditional fashion. It is the firm belief of the therapists working at Outside of the Box Therapy that each person can work to overcome obstacles in their life that are holding them back. We are committed to helping people in a confidential and comfortable setting. We help people solve problems and build new and expanded lives for themselves. Whether you are seeking family therapy, couples counseling or individual therapy, we can provide you with guidance and support. We do not believe that there is one kind of counseling and psychotherapy that works for everyone and so we work with you to tailor the treatment to meet your unique needs.

Are there any sorts of problems we do not treat at Outside of the Box?

Our clients come to the center with a wide range of issues. Some clients have very specific short-term goals that they want to work on while others have more long standing issues that they want to address. There are certain issues that we do not handle. If your primary concern is addiction or you have a long history of psychiatric hospitalizations, Outside of the Box Therapy would not be the best place to seek treatment.
