Orangetheory is more than a regular gym in Celebration, FL. Each class is a coach-led, full-body workout that combines cardio, rowing and strength training in one structured session. Instead of figuring out what to do on your own, you’ll be guided through a workout designed to help you train endurance, strength and power.
Orangetheory also uses heart-rate-based interval training, so you can track your effort in real time and work at an intensity that matches your fitness level. Whether you’re new to fitness or already active, Orangetheory offers the structure, coaching and group energy that can make it easier to stay consistent.
