About
Orangetheory Fitness is a one hour, total body workout. Our workouts focus on endurance, strength, and/or power depending on the day. We are heart rate-based interval training, so everyone in the workout wears a heart rate monitor as we train through five different heart rate zones. There is a professional coach in the room making sure you don’t overtrain or undertrain, and our workout is scientifically designed to maximize calorie burn.
