My training in nutrition, counseling, and integrative wellness allows me to incorporate knowledge of the physiologic and nutrition processes that promote and contribute to healing. This combination of psychotherapy and integrative functional nutrition addresses treatment approaches for mental health disorders and nutrition issues in an innovative way.
My expertise includes an integrative and functional approach to diabetes management and psychotherapy, behavioral and mental health dietetics and psychotherapy, along with Attachment-Focused EMDR for the treatment of trauma.
