At Health and Wellness events I will feature Ear Acupressure which is effective for stress relief, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and emotional trauma because it activates a branch of the vagus nerve that infiltrates the ear. Acupressure at specific locations on the ear helps reset and regulate the central nervous system so we can switch from a ‘fight or flight’ stress response into a ‘rest and digest’ relaxation response inducing feelings of calm, joy, hope, compassion, openness, curiosity, and connection.
