Next Man Up is a Black-owned men’s wellness spa located in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville community. We specialize in therapeutic and clinical massage, men’s facials and skincare, beard and ingrown-hair treatments, manicures, pedicures, body grooming, and restorative wellness experiences. Founded by Dr. Marva Cooksey, a pharmacist and licensed clinical massage therapist, Next Man Up provides professional, results-focused services designed to help men manage stress, relieve muscular tension, improve their grooming routines, and prioritize self-care. Although created with men’s wellness in mind, select services are also available to women.
