Nutritional Health Coach- Roxanne Schuster-AADP Certified Health Coach

Bio

Roxanne graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY as a AADP Board Certified Health Coach in 2014. She also acquired a certification as a Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. Roxanne has worked in private practice as a health coach, has created and taught mindful nutrition and cooking classes, as well as organized wellness challenges for  coworkers. Roxanne’s hope is to inspire others to find their path to vibrant health. You can find her cycling the roads of Colorado and practicing yoga under the vast blue sky above!

All of us have our unique health goals and I am here to help empower and educate you on your personal health and wellness journey offering Free One on One Nutrition Health Coaching either virtually or over the phone.

There are a variety of wellness topics we can discuss – Immune Support, Sleep, Mood, Stress, Blood Sugar, Heart Health, Digestion, Menopause, Thyroid, to name a few.

Along with Free Nutrition Coaching I also offer free Nutrition Education Classes and Presentations to our Community and Community Partners.
