Mind Over Matter Allied Health, LLC is a South Florida wellness company founded in 2019 by Joshua Smith, LMT, PTA, MLD-C, B.S.Ed. We provide mobile massage therapy, physical therapy services, and customized wellness programs throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

We specialize in corporate Wellness Days, on-site event services, and personalized one-on-one care. Our offerings include chair and table massage, sports recovery, stretching, lymphatic drainage, and educational workshops focused on ergonomics, posture, stress management, and injury prevention.
