Our boutique studio in Coral Gables offers a combination of classes to help you reach your fitness goals. We are famous for our Boxing-Fitness classes but we also offer Bootcamp classes, Power Pilates, Self-Defense, Kids Classes and Personal Training for all ages.
Our studio is vibrant, airy and designed to make you feel comfortable inside it. Studio´s amenities include, lockers, showers and changing rooms.
