Metaphysical Pilates in Chicago’s West Loop offers a holistic approach to Pilates, blending physical movement with spiritual and mental well-being. Founded by Gloria Santiago, the studio emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit through methodical movement and breathwork. The studio offers a variety of classes tailored to different fitness levels and goals. Metaphysical Pilates offers Private & Semi-Private Sessions, and Group Classes. Depending on individual needs, we offer customized sessions that focus on specific requirements, incorporating equipment such as reformers, Chairs, and the Cadillac/Trapeze Table. We offer 11 Group Classes as well as Meditation Sessions.
