Mental Health America of Central Carolinas

Mental Health America of Central Carolinas (MHA) is a non-profit organization promoting mental wellness locally through advocacy, prevention and education. We offer free evidence-based mental health education workshops for the community and supportive programs for adults living with chronic mental health concerns or families of youth experiencing mental health challenges. We do not offer clinical mental health treatment but our website hosts free, confidential mental health screening tools and a directory of licensed local professionals.
