We are a group of therapist that consider the mind, body, soul aspect of patient care. Our focus is to create a treatment plan specific to the needs of each indivdual for their complete wellness. Our patients are able to calm the mind, and allow us to treat the tension, and pain in their muscles, through this work the body will produce serotonin and dopamine allowing the cordisol levels to decrease and the adreals to relax. As a result the body will rejuvinate, and come to balance. We to this through yoga, massage therapy, & guided meditation.
