Mecklenburg Foot & Ankle Associates is a multi-faceted scope of surgical and therapeutic foot and ankle medical practice. Our four areas of services are Diabetic Foot & Wound, Reconstructive Surgery, General Podiatry, and Sports Medicine.  We have a comprehensive Diabetic Foot Clinic in addition to providing foot-ankle care in diabetic neuropathy, bunions, ingrown toenails, congenital deformities, warts, hammertoe, club feet, achilles tendon, arthritis, heel spurs, and plantar fasciitis.  Dr. Robert M. Liesman, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, is board certified in foot surgery, a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.  Dr. Liesman has been practicing podiatry medicine in the Charlotte area for 20 years.  We accept most major medical health plans along with Medicare and Medicaid.  Appointments can be made to see the doctor within two weeks or less.  Mecklenburg Foot & Ankle Associates is home to in-office surgical suites for convenience and affordable care when performed in a private setting.
