Marka Health is a doctor-led workplace wellness practice helping desk-based and on-site teams feel better in their bodies at work. Founded by Dr. Lindsay McGraw (PT, DPT, OCS, CEAS) — a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist — Marka brings clinical expertise directly into the workplace through ergonomics assessments, on-site and virtual physical therapy, movement education, and EAP-style support.

We help employers reduce musculoskeletal injuries and workers’ comp risk, ease the aches that come with desk and hybrid work, and give employees practical, lasting tools to move and work more comfortably. Whether through a health-fair booth, a lunch-&-learn workshop, ergonomic screenings, or ongoing 1:1 care, our programs are designed to be hands-on, evidence-based, and genuinely useful — not one-size-fits-all.
