My work is trauma-informed and grounded in survival pattern spotting: the behaviors that show up as stress, burnout, blurred boundaries, and communication breakdowns. We name what’s driving it. We understand where it came from. And we create real, lasting change in how you show up.
For individuals: One-on-one coaching for those navigating stress, boundaries, and the quiet exhaustion of holding it all together, alongside meditation and stress-reduction practices that regulate the nervous system, not just the calendar.
