Reiki Life Coaching | Executive Coaching | DISC Assessments

Reveal and reset the patterns shaping your well-being, relationships, career, and success.

Sometimes the patterns keeping us stuck aren’t obvious. Stress, burnout, self-doubt, communication challenges, and old emotional responses can quietly influence how we feel, how we make decisions, and how we show up in our personal and professional lives.

Through Reiki Life Coaching, I combine the restorative benefits of Reiki with practical coaching to help individuals slow down, reconnect with themselves, release patterns that are no longer serving them, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

For professionals and leaders, I also offer Executive Coaching, DISC Birds Communication Assessments, and leadership development, helping uncover communication and behavioral patterns that can impact confidence, relationships, leadership presence, and team performance.

Using my CLEAR Coaching Method, we go beyond surface-level symptoms to identify the patterns underneath them and create healthier, more intentional ways of responding.

Whether you’re looking for greater balance in your personal life, navigating a transition, strengthening your leadership, or simply feeling ready for something to change, this work is designed to help you move forward with greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence.

Stop by my booth at the John Elway Health Fair for a complimentary muscle-testing assessment to explore the balance of your chakras and discover where your energy may need a little extra attention.
