Hi, I’m Lisa Ciotto, 

I have been a health and fitness enthusiat for over 30 years with a background in Occupational Therapy for 18+ years. I became a health coach in 2014 and reduced my OT position to a per diem status…the holistic health industry was calling me and I was listening.  I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring others learn and integrate healthier strategies that fit into their lifestyle because your well-being is all about lifestyle habits.

I focus on specific, yet multiple pathways and modalities to help one achieve their goals when their ready to show up and do the work.  I love teaching and helping others to understand the holistic options they have avaible and that  get to the root cause of their health challenges.

I facilitate workshops on health & wellness, doterra essential oils, stress managment, mindfulness & meditation, positive mindset, burnout and Reiki.
