Hi, I’m Lisa Ciotto, 

I have been a health and fitness enthusiat for over 30 years with a background in Occupational Therapy for 18+ years. I became a health coach in 2014 and reduced my OT position to a per diem status…the holistic health industry was calling me and I was listening.  I’ve spent the last nine years helping others move into their power and start taking care of their health naturally and sustainably.  I have shifted into business coaching but still see health coaching clients and my purpose is to help as many people who are ready to step into a healthy lifestyle, get their with ease, confidence and knowing that it can be long lasting.

I focus on specific, yet multiple pathways to help one achieve their goals, but they have to be willing to show up and do the work.  I also run a doterra business because their products are powerful, pure and make a huge difference getting healthy.  I love teaching and helping others to understand the holistic options they have avaible and that they get to the root cause of their health challenges.

I love facilitating workshops on health & wellness, doterra essential oils, stress managment, positive mindset, goal setting, and confidence.  I especially love to inspire women in all of these areas and my business coaching is focused solely on women entrepreneurs.
