Lindsay Durgan Psychotherapy

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience providing a wide range of treatments for adults, as well as adolsecents. My life has provided me with the opportunity to have lived, worked, and raised a family in many countries, diverse cultures and language groups.

I believe in strongly tailoring a therapeutic approach so that it fully honors each person’s indvidual personality and life circumstance.  My goal is to establish a therapeutic process founded on non-judgemental support and full collaboration at all times. I utilize techniques drawn from individual psychodynamic psychotherapy (talk therapy), cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and parent counseling, as indicated.
