Linda Huang Tolentino, Licensed Acupuncturist

Linda specializes in gentle Japanese style acupuncture. She has a Masters in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture in Newton, MA.  She is also a diplomat of the National Certification Council of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  She had a private practice in the Boston area for 5 years before moving to the Raleigh-Durham area in mid-2012.

Linda currently practices in Cary on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and in Durham on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Both clinics are located within a Holistic Wellness Center with other health care providers such as a family doctor, physicians’ assistants, chiropractors, massage therapists, psychologists, licensed nutritionists, and personal trainers.

Her treatment goals are to help her patients achieve their highest level of optimal health. Where they can function at their best and feel their best.  She achieves this not only with acupuncture treatments but also with nutritional counseling, detox programs and exercises.

Her focus is on relieving the symptoms of stress such as neck/back pain, headaches/migraines, sleep issues, gastrointestinal issues, anxiety, depression, PMS.  In addition she has successfully treated sports injuries, helped patients recover from surgeries, cancer treatments, chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, any chronic conditions which can only be treated with medication.
