Monica Tsai, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, brings more than a decade of experience, a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University, and a grounded, authentic approach to psychotherapy. She specializes in trauma, abuse healing, anxiety disorders, major depression and grief. In addition to individual counseling, Monica co-leads a 12-week sexual abuse survivors’ group for adults in Jacksonville, FL—one of the only programs in the area that helps participants heal within a consistent, supportive cohort. This structure fosters trust, safety, and real connection—creating a space where survivors can show up fully and be seen. Monica’s style is warm, gentle, and deeply empowering.
