LegalShield Plan
Expected and unexpected legal matters arise every day. LegalShield gives participants direct access to a vetted law firm for a wide range of personal legal matters, plus 24/7 access for covered emergencies. Services are easily accessible through our web portal, mobile app, or by phone, and provider lawyers respond within 8 hour or less for non-emergencies. All this is available for a small monthly fee vs. paying attorneys by the hour.
IDShield Plan
Every year, millions of people become victims of identity theft. When cyber criminals strike, it’s hard to know what to do or where to turn. IDShield monitors participants’ Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from all angles. In the event of identity theft, we restore the participant’s identity to its pre-theft status. Our online privacy and reputation management services help participants shield their personal data, keeping it away from unwanted hands and eyes.
Combined LegalShield + IDShield Dual Plan Provides
Credit counseling and legal assistance can increase peace of mind.
Available exclusively to those with dual LegalShield and IDShield Benefits, our Identity Theft Specialists provide one-on-one counseling to help participants understand their credit score and actions that can likely impact it, both positive and negative. Participants’ provider law firms offer legal consultation on laws surrounding credit scores and lending, write letters on participants’ behalves and review documents up to 50 pages.
