Primary Plus Occupational Medicine is an extension of Lewis County Primary Care in northeast Kentucky. Our department has been in existance for over 10 years and provide services to local companies of biometric screening, vaccines and health education along with annual and safety testing and exams ie. PFT, respirator fitting, drug testing, breath alcohol testing and DOT exams
