Kindbridge offers Employee Assistance Program (EAP) solutions and virtual behavioral health services, with specialized expertise in emerging concerns that are often underserved by traditional behavioral health programs. Areas of focus include gambling and problem gambling, gaming, problematic trading and cryptocurrency behaviors, technology and social media-related concerns, compulsive sexual behavior, financial stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and ADHD.

Our services include individual, couples, and family therapy, peer support, coaching, and group support, with virtual access designed to make it easier for employees and families to connect with appropriate care.

Kindbridge also partners with employers and organizations on workforce education, prevention, and behavioral health programming, helping teams recognize emerging risks earlier and connect employees with appropriate support.

For public-sector employers, Kindbridge is an awarded Employee Assistance Program Services provider through TXShare, a cooperative purchasing program of the North Central Texas Council of Governments. This provides eligible public entities with an established cooperative contract pathway to access Kindbridge’s EAP services.
