OUR HISTORY: -1970 Founded in 1970 by Chairman Jay Martin, the Juice Plus+ Company has grown from a small, direct-sales company into a highly successful, privately held health and wellness company operating at a global level today.

-1993 The Juice Plus+ Fruit and Vegetable Blend Capsules Our turning point toward a health and wellness focus occurred in 1993 when we introduced the Juice Plus+ Fruit and Vegetable Blend capsules. Even at that time, a growing body of scientific evidence was demonstrating that eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables is essential to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Juice Plus+ responded to that need with a simple and convenient product to help people bridge the gap between what they should eat, and what they actually do eat, every day.

-1996 First Research Published The first clinical study on Juice Plus+ was published in Current Therapeutic Research. 40+ peer-reviewed scientific publications later, the Juice Plus+ Company continues our commitment to the quality and efficacy of our products.

-1999 Healthy Starts for Families Begins Known at the time as the Children’s Health Study, this program gives parents the opportunity to take Juice Plus+ and provide their kids (or nieces, nephews and grandchildren) the option to join at no cost for the product. Participants answer a periodic survey to see how the program has impacted their lives.

-2000 Complete Shakes Fuel your day with easy, on-the-go nutrition. Complete by Juice Plus+ helps to build a solid nutritional foundation for yourself and your family with a balanced blend of protein, carbs and fiber.

-2001 Berry Blend In 2001, our Berry Blend was introduced adding the benefits of grapes and berries, such as blueberry, cranberry, pomegranate, blackberry and more!

-2009 Chewables Soft chews were introduced providing an ideal option for children and adults who don’t like to swallow capsules while still providing added nutrition from over 30 different fruits, vegetables and berries.

-2012 Tower Garden Tower Garden burst onto the scene with a cleaner, simpler and more efficient way to grow fresh and healthy food for you and your family – indoors or outside.

-2017 Omega Our plant based, full-spectrum blend of omega fatty acids – 3,5,6,7 and 9 was launched. Sourced from algae and plants, it’s an ocean-friendly alternative to fish oil with no fishy aftertaste.

-2021 Perform More than just a protein shake, our performance shake launched with B vitamins to support mental performance and energy production, beet root and tart cherry to aid in recovery and Vitamin D to support bone health.
