Our passion is to motivate, educate, and empower people of all ages to choose wellness strategies that promote longevity and meet personal goals.
Joelle Sevio holds a Health Science Degree from UNC Chapel Hill, is a Certified Food Over Medicine Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Instructor, and a NC Ambassador for the Jamie Oliver Food Revolution. She has served on the Wake County PTA Board as the Health and Wellness Chair and is a curriculum developer for a National Children’s Fitness and Education Manual.
Joelle has been an active part of the health and fitness community for over 15 years and has competed in running and triathlon races for over 15 years including 3 North American Ironman Races. She has qualified for National Olympic Distance and Long Course races.
