Iron Tide CrossFit

Iron Tide CrossFit was founded in 2016 in the heart of Morehead City. We are the combined community of 3 former boxes who have been providing CrossFit to the local area since 2009. We provide a unique and distinct form of fitness, one that is broad and inclusive of various sports and training methods. Our community is highly diverse in age, background, and experience. We value people and their various specific needs, and devote time and attention to every individual that walks through our door. We are committed to the constant improvement and growth of our members. We believe wholeheartedly in our concept and that community based training is the purest and most effective way for individuals to reach their fitness goals.
