Insight Counseling Centers exists to restore lives to wholeness — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

We are professionally trained therapists who help clients with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, addiction, trauma, and stress, among others. Our spiritually-integrative approach means that we treat the whole person, taking into account the client’s spiritual beliefs and faith tradition. In addition to counseling, we provide professional training opportunities for therapists and mental health workshops for the community.
