Dr. Frank Marghella has been serving the Franklin and greater Nashville community since January 2007, bringing nearly two decades of dedicated chiropractic care to Middle Tennessee. After graduating from chiropractic college in October 2006, Dr. Marghella established Ideal Health and Wellness Center with a vision of providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the whole person, not just symptoms.
With over 10,000 patients treated throughout his career, Dr. Marghella has developed expertise in a wide range of chiropractic techniques and wellness services. He is also the co-host of the “Sporting Good Posture” podcast alongside Frank Sardella, where they share insights on health, wellness, and the importance of proper posture. Dr. Marghella’s commitment to continuing education ensures his patients receive the most current and effective treatments available.
