Hospice of the Carolina Foothills

Hospice of the Carolina Foothills is a non-profit accredited hospice and palliative care organization serving Rutherford, Polk, Henderson and McDowell counties in NC. We see patients in the home, nursing facility, assisted living facility and at the hospital. We also have a fully operational Hospice House, an 18-suite facility in Forest City.
Our mission statement is to provide state-of-the-art, compassionate care for those affected by serious illness, grief and loss. We never turn anyone away regardless of their ability to pay. We believe in treating the person, instead of the disease, focusing on family instead of the individual and emphasizing the quality of life, instead of its duration.
