Holt Physical Therapy & Performance Training is a family owned, private practice ideally located in North Raleigh at Falls of Neuse and 540.  In response to the needs of our local community, we decided to start a small private practice founded on the principle that in order to provide the best possible physical therapy experience, an unparelleled level of service must be at the heart of all that we do.
