I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NC #10893) with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have experience in community mental health, college counseling, group therapy and private practice. My specialty areas include anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, panic disorders, trauma, and depression.

I offer both short and long-term therapy and use a confidential, individualized approach working with adults dealing with issues such as:

• Feeling stressed and overwhelmed

• Dissociation

• Depression and anxiety

• Sexual assault/Domestic violence

• Trauma/Abuse

• LGBTQIA+ challenges (ie transitioning)
