Halcyon Mental Health, PLLC provides individual, family, and couple’s therapeutic services. We specialize in supporting those affected by Autism, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. Coming from an outside-of-the-box philosophy, we move from the traditional talk-based therapy into experiential activities engaging in a wide range of in-office exercises, Animal-Assisted and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy at Triple Play Farm in Davidson, and access to appointments remotely via teletherapy.

Our goal is to empower people to create their calm in an approach to psychotherapy that challenges traditional models and embraces humor, quirks, and individuality in the healing process.
