Fountain of Wellness LLC

We are a nutrition-based wellness company providing coaching and programs to assist our clients in living healthy, active lifestyles.

We provide services for individuals and groups, including employment groups.

Our classes include nutrition classes, weight loss challenges which include nutritional education, and cardio drumming classes.  **However, during this COVID19 situation, we are doing online challenges.  When it is safe again, we will resume inperson activities.**

Cardio drumming is a full body, cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.  Drum off the pounds and stress while having a lot of FUN!   The movements are modifiable to almost any fitness level.

For clients who are not able to attend our drumming class, we have a link to online workout videos they can use at home.

We have online private pages for our clientele as well as a publically accessible Facebook page called Fountain of Wellness LLC.
